Our Founder
Tamara Kellam, founder of InsightEQ Solutions, works with organizations to integrate technical excellence with adaptive capability.
With a background spanning organizational development, emotional intelligence, and systems-level change, Tamara identifies individual and organizational fragmentation patterns that prevent strategies from taking hold and builds the organizational integration that drives sustainable results.
Tamara is completing her Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School, where she’s developing the Predicting Resilience at Work scale. Her research explores how emotional intelligence and workplace support shape workplace resilience.
