A Message From Our Founder
Tamara Renée, Founder
As founder of InsightEQ Solutions, I work as a leadership development consultant and researcher in workplace resilience.
I help leaders and organizations build adaptive capacity by leveraging emotional intelligence to address the human challenges that often undermine strategy. Through coaching, training, and talent management solutions grounded in progressive organizational development principles, I equip my clients with tools for leading through change and uncertainty.
I hold an ALM in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School, and my research centers on emotional intelligence as a predictor of workplace resilience. I'm currently exploring emerging dimensions of AI co-regulation and relational resilience.
I'm passionate about personal and organizational integration—bridging the gap between individual emotional capacity and systems thinking to create lasting change.
