Since founding my practice in 2019, I’ve worked with leaders to build their adaptive capacity in response to change and complexity. At the heart of my work is helping people stay connected to their potential and to what’s possible in their personal and professional lives, no matter the challenge.
My Beyond the Box™ framework fosters the integration that makes leaders and organizations more resilient. It incorporates years of practice, rigorous academic study, and personal experience. It addresses both the strategic challenges and the human dynamics behind the problems that keep leaders and organizations from thriving. This goes beyond teaching “soft skills”—it’s the missing piece that makes technical excellence successful.
I’m currently completing graduate research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard, where I’m developing the Predicting Resilience at Work scale and exploring how emotional intelligence and workplace support influence resilience outcomes.
